In that post, I said, "not all of the characters are straight." And also, I never said Endrance was gay - I said Hiiragi was. I am already aware of Endrance having been Elk from the previous dotHack games, and his affinity for... oh geeze, I think her username was Mia??? Anyway, I think the word you are looking for is "pansexual." :3
And it was not in a heartbeat. Only reason I know is because I recently got past that part, sooooo it's pretty fresh in my brain. From the way you talk, I would imagine you have already beaten all three G.U. games (I'm still on the second, so no spoilers please D: ) so it might have been a bit. But if you recall, Endrance was resistant to interacting with anyone if given the choice after he was severed from AIDA's grasp. Initially, he even resisted Haseo's attempts at trying to persuade him to stop being an emo-butt.
Honestly, what Endrance makes me think is that he is in love with the concept of love - not necessarily anyone in particular. If someone needs you, it is pretty easy to turn them into an object of affection because usually the only people that need you are those who love you. In my opinion on Endrance, he is in "love" with the idea of being with someone who needs him (which would be Haseo in this case), because then that means the someone loves him (in theory). Reciprocated love, which is the concept he ultimately desires to have.
But that is my view on Endrance. In the end, I would argue him to be bisexual though, as he never expresses an interest in Saku despite how she flings herself at him. He has no interest in children, so obviously he has a limit as to what he'll "love."
